What to expect
We read everything and reply to as much as we can, usually within a few business days. We can’t offer personalized purchasing guarantees — prices and stock are set by Amazon and change constantly — but if something on the site is wrong or unclear, flagging it genuinely helps, and we’re grateful for it.
