About Espresso Steals
Espresso Steals exists to answer one deceptively hard question: “Is this espresso machine actually a good deal right now?” Most “deal” sites can’t answer it honestly — they slap an affiliate link on anything with a discount, often off a “list price” that nothing ever sold at. We built the opposite of that.
What we do
We track the real price history of a curated set of espresso machines, grinders, and gear, and we only flag a price when it’s a genuine low — measured against what the product has actually sold for over time, not a marketing number. Every deal gets a clear, plain-English BUY or WAIT call, plus the price history to back it up.
The honest part
Here’s the uncomfortable truth we choose to live with: we only earn a commission if you buy — and we’ll still tell you to WAIT when a price isn’t actually good. One commission isn’t worth misleading you, and a site you can’t trust is worth nothing at all. We’d rather lose a sale than lose your trust.
Why the catalog looks the way it does
What you see on Espresso Steals reflects the consensus of the people who pull shots every day — the dedicated espresso-enthusiast communities. We deliberately leave out pressurized-basket starter junk, blade grinders dressed up as espresso grinders, and no-name gear, no matter how steep the discount. A big number off the wrong machine is still a bad buy. When we recommend something, it’s gear we’d be comfortable telling a friend to put on their counter.
How we pay for it
Espresso Steals is free, ad-light, and clutter-free. We keep it that way with small affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases made through our links — at no extra cost to you. That’s the entire business model, and we explain it in full in our Affiliate Disclosure. We respect your privacy too — see our Privacy Policy.
